This is urgent.
While none of these people want to file bankruptcy (and few ultimately will)), all of them feel the predatory weight of this unconstitutional lending program on their shoulders. You know well the importance of uniform bankruptcy rights, Mr. President. It is an essential pillar of our country. The Founders called for uniform bankruptcy laws at the front of the Constitution for a very good reason. This is it. This predatory, hyper-inflationary, nationall threatening loan regime is precisely what the Founders want to avoid. You need an October Surprise Mr. President. This is it. There is no other action you can take in line with your principles that will bring more votes your way. 70% of Massie's constituents are strongly for this. So is Ron DeSantis, and more prominent conservatives than I can mention here. If you fail to act, the GOP will, frankly, be annihilated. Please do the right thing. This is your legacy. This is important. I want squash this. We are asking that 300 people commit to donating $10/month as a recurring donation. There are tens of thousands of people getting this email. As all of you saw over this past year with our Gofundme, it was painful, slow, and took up far, far FAR more of our time and energy that it should have. If even 300 people made this commitment for a year, ALL OF OUR FUNDRAISING PROBLEMS WOULD DISAPPEAR. Will you please make this commitment? Do you not see how much more effective we will be if you choose to do this today? I honestly don't think I can take another year of constantly worrying about fund raising like we did last year, folks. I've proved my mettle. I've busted my ass, fighting for you, at great cost, risk, sacrifice and trouble- and to great effect- for over two decades now. Without making any deals with the bad guys who have corrupted nearly every other group. I should not have to be relegated to begging for the nickels and dimes I need to do this important work. We just published this article. It now appears strongly that the Department of Education is not reporting the true size of their portfolio. Over the past year, the portfolio should have grown by approximately $125 Billion, but the Department of Education says it only grew by only $57 Billion. This is a massive disparity that cannot be rationally explained. Congress needs to ask the Department of Education to explain this huge disparity. It has been ongoing for many years. Please give this a read, a like and a share.

Will you please send that email to the Chiefs of Staff of your Senators and House Reps? Will you do it today? This is extremely important at this time. If we are going to see any sort of student loan related "October Surprise" from the Republicans before the midterms, this is our last chance to make that happen. I estimate that around 500 people have done this, which is a little more than one per House Rep. This is not enough. We need you to take this action. A lot is riding on this. Whether or not we get something before the mid-terms is, of course, important. But just sending these messages carries its own weight. Getting into the heads of the key staff of our legislators is absolutely critical to our long term cause, whatever happens in the next months. This is truly your battle and not anyone is going to fight it for you. You have no idea how important you are, and how important you can be. Some good news: we finally completed our Gofundme, thanks to about 1,100 donors over the past 13 months. I have to say, however, that this fundraiser was originally intended to take only 1 month, so that we could focus only on the fight for 10 months. It is a gut punch to think about how much more we could have accomplished over the past year+ had we not had to constantly worry about fundraising. I would like to sincerely request that you consider making a monthly, recurring commitment to keep our group in operation. If we could get even 150 people to commit to donating $20/month, we would be free of this massively unproductive use of our time and energy. Will you please consider it? Please make this easier on us? New Report: Student loan borrowers have only about half of the retirement saving as others. This is just more evidence proving the academic fraud that was launched against us by two academics whose lies were repeated again and again in the mainstream media about how student loan borrowers are generally more wealthy. Kent Smetters (U Penn) and Adam Looney (U Utah) need to be held accountable for this fraud, which effectively killed student loan cancellation. These two men both have Harvard Ph.Ds, and worked at the Treasury Department. Both should be investigated
