Sorry to have to lead with this, but we need 12 people to pitch- in $20 or more to our Gofundme or through the regular channels for this week's expenses. Will you please help? Thanks to John, Angela, Zaria, Christy, Tracy, Jaliesa, Steven, Monica and Bobby for their recent contributions! We are meeting with members of Congress. The first meetings have gone very well, but we need more of them. Will you please do your part and get us into a meeting with your House Rep? The sooner the better. We can do most or all of the talking if necessary. This is the most important thing you can possibly do this year for Student Loan Justice! Today's action: This is your battle. These are your loans. We're the only group in the country fighting it meaningfully. What we do matters, folks. This group has done HUGE things in the past. We need to do a HUGER THING TODAY. Our work is cut out for us. I'm glad to report that our Facebook group is now up to 31,000 people. Still much less than our 1.2 million petition signers, but it's growing really quickly. I hope you will spread the word about it, and join if you haven't!

I want to thank James, Donald, Lisa, Pamela, Jeannie, Chris, Steven, Heather, Faith, Anne, Scott, Kimberly, Russ, Scott, Patrick, and Dan for their recent donations to our Gofundme or through the normal channels over the past few days. Deeply. Fundraising has become just extremely difficult for us this year, and over the past couple of weeks in particular. I hope that you will join them. I hope that more people will do monthly recurring donations, so that we won't have to fund raise anymore. We started meeting with congressional staffers last week, and the meetings are going very well. We have a very strong argument to make. But we have many, many more that we have to get done in the next couple of months. This is particularly important for republican members of Congress. Will you please make it your mission to get us into a meeting with yours? We can do most or all of the talking, but you have to make the meeting happen. That’s how this has to work. If you have Parent Plus Loans, you definitely want to see this interview that Tom Borgers did recently with Rad Futures. This is our battle, Ladies and Gentlemen. This is our D-Day. “Holding the Line” is not enough. Our opposition are perfectly happy with the “line” being exactly where it is. We must ATTACK AND ADVANCE. It starts with you.
